The first thing to do is to figure out what you need and then we can chat about how I can help. Different professional learning goals will need to have hours allocated to them. We will need to confirm the learning outcomes, size, scope and timeframes you have in mind in order to match your needs to an hours prediction.
Some things I typically support schools for include: NCEA resourcing, Literacy supports, Digital Fluency training, Workshops for teachers, change management and support with curriculum design and new unit planning. This support can be delivered remotely or face to face.
In 2025 there will be another professional learning funding round that you might apply for through the Ministry of Education. This is where you might find current funding allocations, how-to guides for how to apply as well as an indication of which priorities are currently being funded.
If you already have funding allocated to your school or kura, you can contact me to discuss your needs and we can confirm my availability for your professional learning wish list.
After a chat to confirm that it is a ‘heck yes’, you can then choose me through the ‘Facilitator Search Tool’ on the Ministry of Education website.
If you miss out on funding, of course we can also discuss other ways that I can support your school by accessing different funding pools. I am happy to send a ‘no obligation’ quote at your convenience.
